Delete your account & data

Forked lets you permanently delete your account and everything tied to it, at any time, with no cost or obligation.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open Forked and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to Account and tap Delete account & data.
Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email privacy@tryforked.app from your account’s email address with the subject Delete my account. We verify ownership and delete within 30 days (usually within 72 hours).

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in identity.
Splits you organized, including their items and participants.
Your saved payment preferences.
Any share links you created stop working.

Receipt photos are redacted and stripped of location data on your device before secure processing, and are never stored on our servers, so there is nothing to delete there. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We keep no backups of deleted accounts beyond the deletion window.
